Grandview Heights

Originally a part of Marble Cliff, Grandview Heights was one of the first settled suburbs of Columbus and officially a city in 1931. A smaller city at roughly 7,000 residents, Grandview Heights has its own police, fire and schools where it also provides these to nearby Marble Cliff.

Perhaps one of the best things about Grandview Heights is what is has to offer its residents for entertainment. Just minutes from downtown Columbus, Grandview boasts dozens of independent restaurants, coffee shops, retail locations and exciting places to enjoy craft beer. Another draw in the area is Bank Block. This is a quaint, historic strip mall that is located along Grandview Avenue, the main thoroughfare. Built back in 1927, it houses a pharmacy, grocery store and bank as its primary tenants.
